IRID-131 - New Interpolation Architecture

New Interpolation architecture with a new algorithm interface and facade class for easy access:

  • New Interface: IInterpolationMethod. Will also provide differentiation and integration (if the algorithm supports it), but not error estimation any more. No generalized re-initialization and no longer generally using the SampleList type.
  • New Facade: Interpolation class. Provides static factory functions for easy access.
  • All the algorithms are publicly available, but placed in the Algorithms subnamespace.
